Our story didn't start in a boardroom; it started in 1995 with the mechanical click of an SLR camera lens and a deep curiosity for the infancy of the internet. Since then, our founder, Audrey Copeland, has spent decades leveraging networking groups and the evolving power of social media to build authority for organizations through high-impact sales and marketing roles.
In July 2007, we founded Capital Training Resources (CTR), providing software training and systems design for government agencies and SMBs. As the industry moved to the cloud, we moved with it. Hatch & Fly was born out of inspiration from the transformation lifecycle of people and technology in business—and a constant desire for continuous improvement.
We’ve discovered that most business owners love what they do, but they don't love the minutia of marketing. To many, it feels like trying to learn a foreign language.
We created the concept of the "Digital Trademark" because, in this era, your online presence is the first impression you make before a word is ever spoken. Our mission is to handle the logistics and simplify the process so you can thrive at what you do best. While your digital presence is vital, we never forget that the personal handshake and in-person conversations remain invaluable for establishing real trust.
We are results-oriented and laser-focused on achieving high-level performance. We don't make decisions based on "feelings"—we build and analyze reporting that tells the story through clean data.
