A great reputation was doing all the work. Now the marketing does its share.

Zach Boltz built Seal4Real the way he builds every lot: in person, on site, without cutting corners. A Tallahassee native, Zach started in asphalt at 16 alongside his father and turned that family work ethic into a company that sealcoats, stripes, repairs, and signs parking lots and driveways across North Florida and South Georgia. His Integrity Commitment anchors the brand — never cut corners, never sell a customer work they do not need, and Zach personally on-site for every job. Customers already trusted Seal4Real. Google reviews kept arriving through August and September 2026 on the strength of the work alone. The marketing behind the business, though, had never caught up.

The challenge

Seal4Real's website ran on an older GoDaddy build that carried duplicated and mislabeled service headings — a poor reflection of a company that sells precision. Finished website copy sat waiting with no clean path onto the site. No written marketing strategy existed at all. And a paid listings service, Advice Local, renewed month after month with no one actively deciding whether it earned its keep. Zach runs a field business; he needed a marketing operation that moved without pulling him off the lot. He brought in Hatch & Fly as his fractional marketing leadership — training, technical setup, and the systems to keep projects moving between jobs.

What Hatch & Fly did

Hatch & Fly started with decisions, not deliverables. Audrey Copeland laid out the two calls that unlocked everything else: upgrade the GoDaddy site to the Airo AI platform so the team could rebuild it properly, and keep or cancel Advice Local at $99 a month. Zach confirmed both on October 9, 2026 — upgrade the site, and keep Advice Local for active listings monitoring and report reviews. Hatch & Fly then built the operating structure around those decisions within days. The team set up a recurring Web Presence Management invoice in QuickBooks at $99 a month, created the website build-out as a tracked Monday.com project with Sami Lewey as project manager, and gave Sami access to the Seal 4 Real Marketing Ops Drive so every asset, document, and decision lives in one shared home.

Then Hatch & Fly wrote the strategy Seal4Real had never had. On October 15, the team drafted a full Strategic Marketing Plan as a living document in the Marketing Ops Drive: company story, goals, target audiences in priority order — commercial property owners and managers first, residential homeowners second, referral partners third — measurable objectives, five strategies with tactics, an honest budget that lists only the one verified line, and a six-month implementation plan running November 2026 through April 2027.

The progress

In two focused October weeks, Seal4Real went from scattered effort to a managed program. The Airo upgrade is confirmed and the rebuild is underway as an owned project: migrate the already-written website copy, build one page for each of the six services — sealcoating, line striping, pothole repair, crack fill, concrete wheel stops, and parking lot signage — fix the old site's heading errors instead of carrying them forward, and switch DNS once the new build checks out. The team works carefully in the new Airo version while old and new coexist, and a dedicated working session with Zach moves the remaining content decisions forward.

The plan also names the raw material Seal4Real already owns: a deep before-and-after photo library organized by service and named job — Aspen Run apartments, Cheney Insurance, Velda Dairy, Family Dollar, a preschool, a Florida Forest Conservation site — plus drone and crew videos ready to publish. Listings now run as managed Web Presence Management, with the monthly Advice Local report reviewed rather than simply received. For the first time, Seal4Real has a strategy, a project plan, an asset library, and a team rhythm pointed at the same targets.

What's next

The sequence is deliberate: website first, then the listings and reviews engine, then a steady publishing cadence, then referral demand through BNI BizNet and past customers, then a seasonal driveway campaign in spring 2027. At the Airo launch, Hatch & Fly records the baselines — Google Business Profile calls and directions, website sessions, and quote requests — and measures every month against them. Zach keeps doing what he has always done: showing up on every job and handling each lot right. Now a marketing system worthy of that standard stands behind him.
