A Consultant with Deep Expertise — and No Front Door
Colin Alexander brings serious analytical firepower to Tallahassee businesses. He holds a PMP and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, he is completing his MBA at Florida State University, and his career spans AT&T, Apple, Bank of America, PwC, Wells Fargo, and Freddie Mac. Through Colin Alexander Consulting, he puts that experience to work for local companies: he audits their vendor bills and operating expenses, he documents the savings hiding inside them, and he earns his fee from the savings he finds — never from vendor kickbacks. His clients keep their existing vendors in most cases, his reviews reach back three to four years, and he monitors expenses month after month so the savings hold.
None of that showed up online. When Colin came to Hatch & Fly, his practice had no real web presence of its own. A prospect who heard his name — at a networking lunch, through a referral, across a conference table — had nowhere to go to verify his expertise, understand how his process works, or take the next step. A practice built on documented proof had no proof on display.
What Hatch & Fly Built
Hatch & Fly stepped in as Colin's fractional marketing leadership and built the front door his practice deserved.
The team started with strategy, not decoration. We mapped a full website plan of action in six phases: a core architecture and trust foundation, priority service pages and lead magnets, industry-specific landing pages, case studies, a blog, and AI search and local SEO built on structured data. Then we wrote the site — all of it — before we built a single page. By late September 2026, Colin had approved 18 pages of content: a homepage, a Meet Colin page, How It Works & Pricing, What to Expect, FAQs, Contact, a services hub with four dedicated service pages, an industries hub with four industry pages targeting Tallahassee medical and healthcare practices, law firms, retail and restaurants, and professional services, plus a blog and case studies.
We framed every word around Colin's positioning: an analytical authority, not a salesperson. The copy leads with his credentials, his independent model, and his benchmarking data drawn from more than $1 billion in analyzed spend.
For the build itself, we chose speed and leverage. Hatch & Fly stood up Colin's site on GoDaddy's Airo AI builder, purchased the Airo upgrade to unlock the publishing power the project needed, and converted all 18 approved pages into upload-ready PDFs. Sami Lewey, Hatch & Fly's project manager, fed the approved content into Airo and built the pages out. Behind the site, we organized a complete marketing operations system: a structured shared Drive for brand, communications, pages, and assets; a Monday.com workspace tracking every project; and a living Strategic Marketing Plan that sequences the work from October 2026 through Q2 2027.
Where the Practice Stands Now
Colin Alexander Consulting has a real digital presence. Fourteen routes stand live on colinalexanderconsulting.com, including the homepage, the services hub, How It Works & Pricing, four industry pages, a case studies page carrying four published case studies, and a blog with five articles. Booking calls to action run throughout the site. A prospect can now verify Colin's credentials, follow his process step by step, read documented results, and book a 30-minute call in a few clicks.
Hatch & Fly also audited the live site page by page and delivered a review report with a prioritized fix list — the remaining approved service pages, a lead magnet checklist, an email sequence, and local search expansion all sit queued in the plan. The foundation holds. The pipeline work continues. Colin now shows up the way his expertise always deserved: prepared, documented, and easy to find.
One transformation, start to flight.
